| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-28B(Interferon lambda-3，Interferon lambda-4，IFNL 3，IFNL 4，ZCYTO 22和IL28B)是一种分泌型细胞因子，属于IL-28/IL-29家族。IL-28在适应性免疫反应中也发挥了一定的作用。IL28B具有免疫调节活性，上调MHCⅠ类抗原的表达。IL28B具有较强的抗病毒活性和抗肿瘤活性。另外，IL28B是由IL10RB和IL28RA组成的异二聚体II类细胞因子受体的配体。配体/受体复合物似乎通过Jak-stat通路发出信号。 |
